I adore BYU,
today we had a great forum and Condeleezza Rice was the speaker. Sure she put a couple George Bush plugs in there, but overall she was very refreshing! It's wonderful to listen to an intelligent, educated woman who knows her stuff! She had a lot of great things to say about family, passion, and education. Very interesting part, she said that we all need to find our passion and run with it, no matter how outlandish it seems. I feel like that's great advice for someone who took three different majors to figure out what she wants! She said some other good things, but im too tired to go get my notebook right now...lazzzyyyyy bones.

me:Haha! why do you say that?
pops: I have worked my whole life to raise girls who really live life. You are taking control and doing some wonderful things
I am very proud of your desire to try everything, Rome, London, skiing, you are going to have a great life.
me: Why thank you daddy! I just decided i better do everything and have as many adventures as possible! and i could never do that without you so im very grateful!
pops:you are setting yourself up for a great life. I can see you as Syd Hancock Phd writing books about your adventures.
this is why i adore that man. I can only hope that my life is as wonderful as he predicts it to be.
thats not true, I can do more than hope. I can live!
